How do I create an account?

Tap Sign In, choose Sign Up, and pick whether you are looking for work, hiring, or both. You can sign up with email and password or with Google.

How do I apply to a job?

Open a listing, review the pay and schedule, then tap Apply. You can add a short message. Track everything under My Applications.

How do job alerts work?

Run a search on Find Work, tap Save search, and we create an alert. When a new listing matches, you get an in-app notification under Notifications.

How do I post a job or shift?

Create an employer profile from the Employer Hub, then use Post a listing. Add the pay, schedule, arrangement, and required skills.

What does the verified badge mean?

Our team reviewed basic business details for that employer. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of an employer's conduct.

Is the AI Career Studio output ready to send?

No. Treat it as a draft. Always read and edit resumes, cover letters, and messages before sending — you are responsible for the content.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Go to Billing and open the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Someone asked me to pay for a job. What now?

That is a scam. Do not pay or share banking details. Use the Report button on the listing and read the Trust & Safety page.
