Worker Agreement

What job seekers can expect from Browse Get Jobs, and what we expect from workers using the platform.

Template notice. This document uses general-purpose marketplace language and has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is not legal advice. Browse Get Jobs makes no certification or regulatory-compliance claim on this page.

Your relationship with employers

Any job, shift, contract, or gig you accept is an agreement between you and the employer. Browse Get Jobs is not your employer and does not set pay, schedules, or working conditions.

Confirm pay, hours, location, and classification (employee vs. contractor) directly with the employer before you start work.

Your responsibilities

Keep your profile accurate, only apply to work you are qualified and legally able to perform, show up for shifts you accept or cancel as early as possible, and communicate respectfully.

Review any AI-generated resume, cover letter, or message before you send it. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Payment

Wages are paid by the employer using their own payroll or payment method. We do not hold, escrow, or disburse worker pay.

Never pay an employer to get a job and never share banking credentials in messages. Report requests like this on the Safety page.

No earnings guarantee

Pay ranges, income planner outputs, and match scores are estimates for planning only. Actual earnings depend on availability, employer decisions, and market conditions.
