What personal information Browse Get Jobs collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Account data you provide: name, email, role (worker or employer), profile details such as headline, bio, skills, availability, and location. Employers may provide company details.
Optional contact data such as a phone number, stored separately and shared only when you choose to share it with an employer you have an active application with.
Usage data: pages viewed, searches run, and listings saved or applied to. Standard server logs and device information.
How we use it
To operate your account, show relevant listings, deliver applications and messages, send job alerts and product notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Service.
AI processing
When you use AI features (resume help, cover letters, interview prep, income planning, or the assistant), the text you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Do not paste sensitive identifiers such as government ID numbers or banking details. See the AI Disclosure page.
Sharing
Employers see the profile information relevant to an application you submit. Service providers (hosting, database, email, payment processing, AI) process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
What we do not store
We do not collect or store Social Security numbers, bank credentials, tax identification numbers, or background-check reports.
Your choices
You can edit or delete profile information, turn job alerts off, and request account deletion at any time.

Security
Data is stored with row-level access controls so users can only read records they are entitled to. No online service can promise perfect security; report suspected issues to us immediately.
