Listing accuracy
Post only real openings you are authorized to fill. Listings must state accurate pay, schedule, location, work arrangement, and employment type. Remove or close filled listings promptly.
Fair and lawful hiring
You are responsible for complying with all applicable employment, wage, hour, and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction. Listings may not exclude candidates based on protected characteristics.
You are responsible for worker classification, payroll, taxes, insurance, and any background screening you choose to run through your own compliant provider.
Candidate data
Use applicant information only to evaluate candidates for the role they applied to. Do not resell, export for marketing, or retain it beyond what your hiring process requires.
Verification badge
The verified badge indicates our team reviewed basic business details. It is not an endorsement, credit check, or guarantee of an employer's conduct, and it can be removed at any time.
