1. About this agreement

Browse Get Jobs (“the Service”) is an online marketplace that connects people looking for work with employers posting jobs, shifts, gigs, and freelance projects. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

We are a listing and communication platform only. We are not an employer, staffing agency, payroll provider, or party to any agreement you form with another user.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, post fraudulent listings, or create risk for other users.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content; harvest other users' data; attempt to bypass security controls; or use the Service to solicit payments from job seekers.

Browse Get Jobs never asks workers to pay an employer for a job. Report any such request through the Safety page.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices, billing intervals, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We do not process wages between employers and workers. Pay is arranged directly between the parties.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a license to host and display it for operating the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, profile, and messages.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, listing accuracy, applicant quality, or any level of earnings. Pay ranges and estimates shown in the product are informational only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.
